Guided Tissue Regeneration

Before

This patient presented with a missing central incisor (front tooth), following extraction after a bike accident overseas. There was a bony defect as result of the tooth extraction.

After

Soft tissue grafting was completed to regenerate this area of soft tissue and address the existing defect. This process helps to improve the aesthetic outcome around the final bridgework, and allow for moulded gingival margins; allowing a seamless relationship between the gum line and the prosthesis.

Guided Tissue Regeneration

Before

This patient presented with a missing central incisor (front tooth), which had been missing for quite some time. There was a large bony defect as result of the tooth extraction

After

Bone and soft tissue grafting was completed as part of the treatment process for this patient to address the visible defect. It is clear from the image to see the 'regeneration' of tissue that was achieved for this patient. An amazing result, which allowed us to deliver the best possible aesthetic outcome, and foundation for the final prosthesis

Dental Bridge

Before

This patient came to us unhappy with her smile. The existing bridge was un-aesthetic, the pontic (fake) tooth looked un-natural, and there was a soft tissue defect (where tooth meets gum) which further compromised the aesthetics

After

The existing crown and bridge work was removed, and soft tissue manipulation/gum augmentation was completed to create a more seamless relationship between the soft tissues and the ceramic restorations. A new natural-looking bridge was fabricated bringing harmony back into this patient's smile.

Dental Bridge

Before

This patient had congenitally missing lateral incisors, and didn't want any surgical intervention to restore her smile. Her smile was incomplete, and she was lacking confidence

After

A short course of aligner therapy was the first step. This allowed us to improve the alignment of the teeth, in order to accommodate for the bridgework. Once the teeth were in their ideal position, we started preparation for the new restorations. Three separate ceramic bridges were fabricated to achieve the best possible outcome, both functionally and aesthetically for this case.

After

This natural-looking result was achieved with the placement of minimally invasive veneers to the upper and lower anterior teeth. This treatment option allowed us to address the patient's primary concern of the 'gaps' between the teeth, and also improve the overall aesthetics by creating uniformity and bringing harmony to this smile
