Jason’s treatment journey has positively impacted his life in many ways, improving his overall well-being and restoring his confidence.

When we first met Jason, he was suffering from quite advanced bone/gum disease. Dr Sergi Miralles worked to create a life-changing result for Jason, restoring function and, ultimately, completely transforming the aesthetics of his smile.

Initial consultation

Upon seeing Jason for his initial consultation, he was suffering from advanced bone and gum disease. With multiple loose/failing teeth, he needed a solution.

Dr Sergi Miralles began the treatment planning process with a 3D Digital Smile Simulation to demonstrate the possibilities of Jason’s new smile and began the treatment planning process.

Treatment

Most of Jason’s remaining teeth were deemed unsalvageable and thus required extraction. Four dental implants were placed in the upper jaw to support full arch tooth replacement, known as ‘All-on-4’.

These implants were immediately loaded, allowing Jason to eat, smile, and function normally within 24 hours following surgery. These temporary teeth remained in place for the coming months as we allowed time for healing and implant integration.

Two implants were placed in the lower jaw, and three of Jason’s natural teeth were kept to provide the benefits of keeping some viable teeth in his full-mouth rehabilitation.
