1. How to Enter

• Dental Implants & Aesthetics Tugun are partnering with local businesses in a giveaway valued over $1500.00.
• This Giveaway is open to everyone and contains vouches from the following partnering businesses.

    • Little Vine Room – Gift Voucher ($200.00)
    • Beach n Beyond Boutique – Store Gift Voucher ($200.00)
    • Dental Implants and Aesthetics Tugun – Zoom in Chair Teeth Whitening Treatment ($850.00)

2. General Information

• The following terms and conditions apply to the Business Partnership Giveaway promotion described in this document, which will be conducted by Coastal Dental Care Pty Ltd, ABN 617 360 460, under the name Dental Implants & Aesthetics Tugun.
• The total prize value is $1,500, which includes all contributing partnership vouchers and treatments.
• The Giveaway will be conducted by Dental Implants and Aesthetics Tugun and is only available to participants who follow entry guidelines on the Dental Implants and Aesthetics Tugun Instagram.
• Dental Implants and Aesthetics Tugun does not encourage and will not tolerate or participate in discrimination, unnecessary remarks, or language used during the Giveaway. Inappropriate behaviour may factor into your eligibility to go into the draw.
• We reserve the right to cancel or change the promotion or vary these Terms without notice to you. Please revisit these Terms from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes.
• By participating in the Giveaway, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Giveaway Information

• The Giveaway will be live upon the specified Giveaway post on Dental Implants and Aesthetic Tuguns’ Instagram page on Monday, 18th November, 2024, and will end at 11:59pm AEST on Thursday, 5th December, 2024.
• Other participating businesses may post at their own discretion, and their results will be recorded for the final draw.
• The giveaway winner will be drawn on Friday, 6th December 2024, during business hours.
• Participants must follow all entry conditions of how to enter (clause 1) and comply with these terms and conditions. Any failure to comply with these terms and conditions or how to enter (clause 1) will result in ineligibility.
• Entry is open to all residents within Australia over the age of 18 years.
• Employees of Dental Implants & Aesthetics Tugun (or related or unrelated entities), their immediate families, close friends and persons from whom Dental Implants & Aesthetics Tugun has a commercial relationship are ineligible to enter.
• Dental Implants & Aesthetics Tugun reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for interfering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.

4. Draw Announcement

• One individual will be chosen from the initial pool of participants who meet all the entry requirements (clause 1). The winners will be drawn at random on Friday, 6th December, during business hours.
• The winner will be contacted through their Instagram page, and their name will also be posted on the partnering businesses’ pages.
• If the winner has a private account and is not contactable via Instagram, the winner will need to reach out to Dental Implants and Aesthetics Tugun prior to 5:00pm, 10th December 2024, to prove themselves as the winner and arrange to collect the prize.
  • Notification from the winner must be done over Instagram to validate the user’s winning account.
• A redraw will occur if the winner is unresponsive after the 10th December 2024.
• Winners must utilise their prize before 11:59pm AEST 1st February 2024. Alternatively, the winner is permitted to arrange separately with each business to use their voucher within this timeframe and organise a pre-arranged date.

5. Use of Information and Privacy Policy

• Any confidential or personal information you provide us in connection with the Giveaway will be dealt with by us in accordance with our privacy policy, which is available at:

6. General

• To the extent permitted by the law, you agree to release us and hold us harmless and our personnel from any expenses, costs, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, damages, judgments and losses of any kind whatsoever (including consequential and economic losses, property loss, damage and damages for injury, including personal injury and death) (losses) incurred or suffered by you or another person and which arise out of, are caused by, are attributable to or result from your participation in the promotion.
• To the extent permitted by the law, you agree to indemnify us and our personnel against any Losses incurred or suffered by us which arise out of, are caused by, are attributable to or result from any wrongful or negligent act or omission of yours.
• The Giveaway may be promoted on various social media platforms, including Instagram, but the Giveaway itself will prioritise the Instagram platform for all associated business pages. You acknowledge that the Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with any social media platform provider, and you agree to release them from any liability associated with the promotion.
• In the event of a force majeure event (including an epidemic or pandemic or government restrictions relating to them) or if anything occurs that corrupts or affects the administration, safety, security, fairness, integrity or proper and lawful conduct of the promotion, we may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion and we will not be liable for any Losses incurred or suffered by you which arise out of, are caused by, are attributable to or resulting from any such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension.
