With over 20 years of clinical experience across Europe and Australia, Dr Sergi Miralles has dedicated his dental career to the complex field of Prosthodontics. His clinical philosophy is built on what he calls the “Perfect Equilibrium” – a precise balance where oral health, mechanical function, and high-level aesthetics coexist.
After graduating from the University of Barcelona in 2005, Dr Miralles completed a Master’s Degree in Oral Rehabilitation and Maxillofacial Prosthetics, followed by a Diploma in Advanced Dental Clinical Techniques, graduating with Honours. He further refined his expertise through intensive clinical residencies with the leading architects of restorative dentistry in the USA, Brazil, Israel, and Spain, ensuring his techniques align with the highest global prosthodontic standards.
As one of the world’s first Certified 3D Digital Smile Design (DSD) experts, he utilises a ‘facially-driven’ protocol for oral rehabilitation and smile makeover cases. By combining precision digital workflows with biomimetic materials, he crafts smiles that are as structurally sound as they are aesthetically natural. A strong advocate for minimally invasive dentistry, he ensures every transformation is biologically respectful and tailored to the individual.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr Miralles is an international lecturer, sharing his insights on Aesthetic Dentistry, Digital Smile Design, Full-Mouth Rehabilitation, All-on-X, Implant Restorations, and other Prosthodontic-related topics with the dental community.
At the heart of his work is a commitment to radical transparency. Through real-time digital simulations, he invites his patients into the design process, establishing a collaborative blueprint before a single tooth is touched.
