1. How to Enter

• Dr Sergi Miralles and Dental Implants & Aesthetics Tugun are pleased to present you with an opportunity to win up to $10,000 towards your smile makeover.
• We will be drawing three individuals to win up to the value of $30,000 (up to $10,000 each)
• This competition is open to everyone but mainly focused on those who are unable to access this sort of treatment due to their financial or social-economic status. We welcome everyone to enter and specifically extend our arms to those who have been affected by dental trauma, neglect, birth defects or abuse. No matter what treatment you may require, Dental Implants & Aesthetics Tugun’s purpose is to create healthy, natural-looking smiles and to reconstruct the aesthetics and function of your teeth.

  • Step 5: Once the above is complete, we will invite you to our ‘Smile Simulation Evening’ where we will announce the winners.
  • Step 6: Attend the event when the draw is announced. You must be physically present to receive your prize.

• To register for the draw starts Monday 25^th March 2024 and ends Sunday 26^th May 2024. The draw will occur at the ‘Smile Simulation Evening’ on Thursday 30^th May 2024.

2. General Information

• The following terms and conditions apply to the Smile Simulation Evening and Draw promotion described in this document to be conducted by Coastal Dental Care Pty Ltd ABN 617 360 460 under the name Dental Implants & Aesthetics Tugun.
• The total prize cost is $30,000 with individual prizes of up to $10,000 to be used towards their smile makeover treatments.
• Cosmetic and reconstructive dental treatment for the ‘Smile Simulation Evening’ promotion will only be performed by Dr Sergi Miralles and Dental Implants & Aesthetics Tugun’s team of clinicians if it is deemed suitable and appropriate.
• Dental Implants & Aesthetics Tugun does not encourage and will not tolerate or participate in the discrimination or unnecessary remarks or language used to our staff at the event, draw, consultations, treatments and reception via phone or email. This behaviour may factor into your eligibility to go into the draw.
• We reserve the right to cancel or make changes to the promotion or vary these Terms without notice to you. Please revisit these Terms from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes.
• By using the promotion offer, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Promotion Information

• To register for the draw starts Monday 25^th March 2024 and ends 11:59pm AEST Sunday 26^th May 2024.
• The promotion draw will occur at the ‘Smile Simulation Evening’ on Thursday 30^th May 2024.
• Entrants must follow the steps of how to enter (clause 1) and comply with these terms and conditions. Any failure to comply with these terms and conditions or how to enter (clause 1) will result in ineligibility.
• Entry is open to all residents within Australia over the age of 18 years.
• Employees of Dental Implants & Aesthetics Tugun (or related or unrelated entities), their immediate families, close friends and persons from whom Dental Implants & Aesthetics Tugun has a commercial relationship are ineligible to enter.
• Dental Implants & Aesthetics Tugun reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for interfering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
• Entries deemed to be accepted will be placed into the Dental Implants & Aesthetics Tugun database to be re-contacted about the ‘Smile Simulation Evening’ and draw. Dental Implants & Aesthetics Tugun is not responsible for inaccurate or incomplete information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment, software, or by any technical error during the administration of this promotion. Dental Implants & Aesthetics Tugun assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication line failure, theft or, destruction or alteration of entries.

4. Draw Announcement

• Three individuals will be chosen from the initial pool of entrants that meet all the entry requirements (clause 1). The winners will be drawn at random on the ‘Smile Simulation Evening’ event. Winners must be physically present at the event to be one of the three winners.
• The winners will be asked to book their consultation appointment for their smile makeover at the ‘Smile Simulation Evening’ event.
• Winners must utilise their prize in a treatment appointment before 11:59pm AEST 31^st August 2024.
• The winners will also be required to record their journey from winning the competition to appointments and a smile makeover treatment from the Dental Implants & Aesthetics Tugun team. The treatment will be showcased and used for marketing purposes.

5. Drawn Winners Requirements

• The winners must agree and adhere to these terms and condition. Failure to comply with these terms will result in an alternative being drawn or promotion being denied to treatment.
• The winners must attend a consultation and a comprehensive examination with Dr Sergi Miralles or one of our practitioners to discuss their treatment plan and options.
• The winners must book in their initial consultation with the practice before 11:59pm AEST 31^st July 2024. Treatment will be started upon the suitability of Dental Implants & Aesthetics Tugun schedule. There may be other appointment required which will be discussed with the winners on their first consultation depending on treatment required.
• All winners will be provided with Dental Implants & Aesthetics Media Release Consent Form prior to confirming finalists. All winners will be required to sign this Media Release Consent Form prior to being confirmed an official winner. In the event a winner does not wish to proceed or sign the Media Release Consent Form, an alternative winner may or may not be selected to progress.
• The Media Release Consent Form will include an obligation that the winner agree to the use of their name and image for publicity and promotional purposes. The use will be without compensation and the copyright in all images, photography and videography will be owned by Dental Implants & Aesthetics Tugun. The winner agrees that the treatment information will be published, including the dental condition.
• This promotion and draw is open to all Australian residents, over the age of 18. Any registered potential patient will be required to fund their own journey to the ‘Smile Simulation Evening’ event and, if a winner, will need to fund their own journey for treatments.

6. Attendee Information

• Following the entry and the attendance of individuals for the ‘Smile Simulation Evening’ event, we will be offering all attendees the chance to have a live smile simulation consult with Dr Sergi Miralles at the event.
• During the arrival at the ‘Smile Simulation Evening’ event, attendees will be asked if they wish to participate in a live smile makeover simulation in front of other attendees. Those who wish to participate in the event will be offered a free consultation.
• Attendees can also book a consultation on the ‘Smile Simulation Evening’ event. An early bird promotion of 10% off smile make over treatment will be offered to those who book at the event. The 10% off the smile makeover treatment must be used prior to 11:59pm AEST 30^th August 2024.
• We reserve the right to change the early bird promotion on the day depending on attendance.

7. Use of Information and Privacy Policy

• By submitting personal information and entering the ‘Smile Simulation Evening’ draw, you agree that Dental Implants & Aesthetics Tugun may collect, use and disclose to third parties such personal information in accordance with these terms and conditions, and this promotion.
• Information submitted by individuals will be used to assess their dental condition and used to contact individuals about the ‘Smile Simulation Evening’ event.
• Any confidential or personal information you provide us in connection with the promotion and event will be dealt with by us in accordance with our privacy policy which is available at:

8. General

• To the extent permitted by the law, you agree to release us and hold us harmless and our personnel from any expenses, costs, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, damages, judgments and losses of any kind whatsoever (including consequential and economic losses, property loss, damage and damages for injury, including personal injury and death) (losses) incurred or suffered by you or another person and which arise out of, are caused by, are attributable to or result from your participation in the promotion.
• To the extent permitted by the law, you agree to indemnify us and our personnel against any Losses incurred or suffered by us which arise out of, are caused by, are attributable to or result from any wrongful or negligent act or omission of yours.
• The promotion may be promoted on various social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram. You acknowledge that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform provider and you agree to release them from any liability associated with the promotion.
• In the event of a force majeure event (including an epidemic or pandemic or government restrictions relating to them) or if anything occurs that corrupts or affects the administration, safety, security, fairness, integrity or proper and lawful conduct of the promotion, we may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion and we will not be liable for any Losses incurred or suffered by you which arise out of, are caused by, are attributable to or result from any such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension.
