Before and Afters

Full Mouth Rehabilitation

Before

This patient had a history of bulimia and severe bruxism (tooth grinding), which had significantly worn down her dentition. As a result of this, the teeth appeared very 'short', and coupled by her gummy smile, our patient needed a solution to restore both function and aesthetics to her smile.

After

Full mouth rehabilitation with all-ceramic restorations. This case was restored with a combination of gum surgery, porcelain veneers, dental crowns (a mixture of partial crowns, full coverage crowns) and a dental implant.

Full Mouth Rehabilitation

Before

Patient was unhappy with his smile; he had gaps between the teeth, has lost posterior support and vertical dimension of occlusion and most of the teeth were worn down.

After

Full mouth rehabilitation to rebuild occlusion, and restore overall function and aesthetics using all ceramic crowns

Dental Crown

Before

Existing composite restorations were unaesthetic, teeth appeared 'short' and uneven along the incisal edges. Patient wanted to improve the overall aesthetics of her smile, seeking a nice and natural smile makeover.

After

A course of teeth whitening was completed to improve the shade of the teeth, and then 4 porcelain crowns were fabricated to reinforce strength, and improve the aesthetics of the upper anterior (front) teeth

Veneers

Before

This patient was unhappy with the shape of her front teeth. There was an uneven appearance to her smile, slight misalignment, and chipped incisal edges

After

This natural and aesthetic outcome was achieved with 6 minimally invasive veneers to the anterior teeth (incl. 3 'mini-veneers')
